The hotel was like a slum. The garden was littered with an old rotting matrass & trash. I tried very hard to find alternate accommodation on the night, but had to tough it out for the night. The hotel corridors stank, the lady who greeted us at the door was friendly enough, but had the filthiest hair I have ever seen. The bedroom was ok if you ignored the filthy sink, badly washed cutlery, ancient stove & microwave. I was surprised that the telly even had a colour picture it was so old. The shower cubicle was clean, but I've been on boats with bigger facilities. The spring matrasses were mishaped. My daughter spent the night trying not to roll out of bed. All in all, a place I would never recommend or stay in again. Shame on you for not scoping this place out before you added it to your portfolio.

The servis was very good, and the owner was wery nice and serviceminded. Good breakfast. Good value for the price we paid and concidered the fact that we only intended it to be a place fo sleeping.
The room was clean and ok, but the smell in the corridor was hoorible.

The location.
When we booked the hotel we read it that there was Wifi but was not true. And the most important that we didn´t like it was, the bathroom was outside the room and this is ok but...was veeeeeeeeeeeeeery cold because there was not heating inside and when we want to take a shower was totaly impossible because the cold was inside, we only take shower 2 days and after we were with flu! I know we buy ship price for the hotel but the heating in the bathroom is very important when outside the hotel there was 1 degree or less!

The rooms were large and comfortable with basic but functional facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was brought to the room in the morning. The location was brilliant literally 2 doors from the underground station. Deifinately recommended and would stay here again without hesitation!

The owner was the sweetest lady, and very helpful. She saw it was my birthday while we were there and she gave me a beautiful box of chocolates. The room was small but very tidy and clean. The full English breakfast that was included was delicious. We were able to take the bus in front of the apt. Or on the corner the metro. Very easy to get around, especially if you use the hop on hop off double decker tour bus!
Be prepared for a tiny little bathroom.
